Heartland Symphony Orchestra’s winter concert series will be performed Saturday evening in Brainerd and Sunday afternoon in Little Falls. Please note the change in location from our typical schedule.
HSO’s winter concert series, #MostWonderfulTime, will feature the Northern U.S. premiere of Sonya Leonore Stahl’s Symphonukkah, as well as The Legacy Youth Chorale under the direction of Kennedy Niska.
New and familiar holiday selections will be performed, including Music from Frozen, Three Holiday Songs from Home Alone, and the traditional Sing-a-long.
This year the Brainerd performance will take place Saturday, December 7th, 7:30pm, at Gichi-ziibi Center for the Arts at Brainerd High School. The Little Falls performance will be on Sunday, December 8th, 2:30pm, at Charles D. Martin Auditorium at Little Falls High School.
Conductor Chats will be held 45 minutes prior to each concert. All ages welcome. No tickets necessary. Admission is free with donations graciously accepted at the door, by mail, or online at heartlandsymphony.com.
This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through grants from the Minnesota State Arts Board and the Five Wings Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund. In Little Falls, the Laura Jane Musser Fund provides additional support.
